Therapy is a collaborative process grounded in safety, respect, and trust. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that meaningful change occurs when individuals feel genuinely heard and supported in a non-judgmental space. Each person comes with their own history, strengths, and challenges, and therapy is approached with curiosity, compassion, and care.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, providing a strong academic foundation in human behaviour, relational dynamics, and mental health. I am certified in Treating Personality Disorders: Advances from Brain Science and Traumatology, as well as Personality Disorders: Advanced Diagnosis, Treatment, and Management, which together inform a trauma-informed, relational, and neurobiologically grounded approach to psychotherapy.
My approach integrates current research in counselling psychology, neurobiology, and trauma. I am attentive to how early experiences, relational patterns, and the nervous system shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.
Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs, with interventions selected collaboratively and adjusted over time.
