Welcome. My name is Jen Nicholson, BA (Sociology), MA (Counselling Psychology), RP (Qualifying). I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful strategies to help you move forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring treatment to your unique experiences and needs.
I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, stress, and emotional difficulties. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide an opportunity for insight, healing, and personal growth.
